Specialty ingredients, premium mixers, and additional inventory requests may result in additional charges.

Alcohol Policy — Client-Provided Alcohol Only

Lemalaxeur Drinks does not purchase, sell, supply, or provide alcoholic beverages for any event.

All clients are responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol needed for their celebration.

This includes liquor, wine, beer, champagne, and any other alcoholic beverages they wish to serve.

We are happy to assist with creating a recommended alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, selected cocktails, and event duration.

Our role is to provide professional bartending services, prepare and serve your beverages, and create an enjoyable bar experience for your guests.

​

Alcohol is not included in any bartending package, service quote, or inventory fee.

​

All alcoholic beverage service is subject to applicable Texas laws and responsible alcohol service practices.

• Our bartender holds Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) seller-server certification, reflecting training in responsible alcohol service, age verification, and recognizing signs of intoxication.

• General Liability Insurance Included

• General liability insurance coverage is included with our bartending services at no additional charge. Coverage is subject to the terms, limits, and exclusions of our insurance policy.

• Food Handler Certification

 

Our bartender also holds food-handler certification, supporting proper hygiene and safe handling of drink ingredients, garnishes, and other food-related bar supplies.

Booking Fees & Upfront Payment Policy

A booking fee is required to reserve your event date.

​

Once you agree to your bartending service quote, your booking fee must be paid upfront.

Please understand:

• Booking fees are separate from advertised bartending packages and service quotes.

• Booking fees are required to secure your event date.

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Your event is not officially reserved until all required upfront payments have been received.

 

Inventory Fees Must Be Paid Upfront

Inventory fees are separate from your bartending package, service quote, and booking fee.

​

Once you agree to your selected bartending services, both your booking fee and applicable inventory fee must be paid upfront.

​

Inventory payments allow us to purchase and prepare the supplies needed for your event.

​

Inventory fees become non-refundable once event-specific supplies have been purchased.

​

The remaining service balance must be paid according to the terms of your booking agreement.
